Ticket purchase via Ticket Tailor -
Ticket sales finish at 6pm Friday, prior to the event - tickets can then be purchased on the gate

Tickets for our next event, the British Championship on the 30th & 31st of July will go on sale at the end of June - look out for the announcement on our social media channels

General Terms and Conditions of Admission

Please note that by spectating at Wiscombe Park you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions - 

Disclaimer: Due to the very nature of motorsport events, the organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the programme in part, or in full, without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

  • Accompanied Children (under 14 years) - FREE

  • Paddock Entry at all meetings - FREE

  • Catering and Licensed Bar on site

  • Gates open at 08.30 am

  • Usually practice runs prior to lunch-break (circa 13.00 to 14.00) followed  by Competitive Runs.

 

Dog Owners Please Note:

  • Dogs are not permitted into the spectator enclosures or the main paddock / top paddock

  • Dogs are only allowed in the spectator car park where they should be kept on a lead.

  • Dog owners are reminded that they are solely responsible for the welfare of their pets - don't leave dogs in hot cars.

Road Safety:

Please take care on the country lanes around Wiscombe Park.  Many of the access roads are narrow, single track lanes which are often be used by horse riders and cyclists.

Season Ticket Refunds:

If more than 2 events are cancelled for whatever reason then a pro rata refund will be issued.

Disabled Parking: 

  • Disabled parking available.  Please contact us well in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Carers - FREE  (when accompanying registered disabled or visually impaired spectators,  Please contact us well in advance so we can record your free entry).

The Flying of Drones: 

  • The flying of drones over the venue and spectator enclosures during the meeting is prohibited at all times. (As per the licence regulations of Motorsport UK).

Photography: 

We encourage photography at Wiscombe Park.. However, any images and footage taken at the event are strictly for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes.

If any imagery is of a serious accident or any other situation that may cause distress –

  • you will make such imagery/footage available for Wiscombe Ltd for review (given free of charge)

  • until reviewed and agreed by Wiscombe Ltd you will not to post such imagery/footage on social media sites including, but not limited to, YouTube and Facebook.
