2020 General Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer: Due to the very nature of motorsport events, the organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the programme in part, or in full, without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

  • Accompanied Children (under 14 years) - FREE

  • Paddock Entry at all meetings - FREE

  • Catering and Licensed Bar on site

  • Gates open at 10.00

  • Usually practice runs prior to lunch-break (circa 13.00 to 14.00) followed  by Competitive Runs.

 

Dog Owners Please Note:

  • Dogs are not permitted into the spectator enclosures or the main paddock / top paddock

  • Dogs are only allowed in the spectator car park where they should be kept on a lead.

  • Dog owners are reminded that they are solely responsible for the welfare of their pets - don't leave dogs in hot cars.

Disabled Parking: 

  • Disabled parking available.  Please contact us well in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Carers - FREE  (when accompanying registered disabled or visually impaired spectators,  Please contact us well in advance so we can record your free entry).

The Flying of Drones: 

  • The flying of drones over the venue and spectator enclosures during the meeting is prohibited at all times. (As per the licence regulations of Motorsport UK).
